COMPETITION RULES • The competition theme is open for the competitor to create whatever their imagination holds. • Competitors must supply their own model and all materials needed to produce the finished • The model’s skin must be prepared prior to the start of the competition. • No talking allowed during competition unless it assists in the makeup application. • Hair and clothing must be completed before the start of the competition.
